We're pleased to announce Rocco Mason's participation in the silent auction this year for the Boys Lunch Out, better known as the B.L.O. This fundraiser is an extremely successful event that is hosted annually by Saskatoon's Progress Club.
Ryan Watson, Stone Carver and Progress Club member is seen here putting his final touches on the hand carved piece which will be auctioned off at the event. The highest bidder will receive this hand carved address marker installed on their residence or business after Watson carves the winner's address in. Watson's gift in the art of hand carved stone has been proven time and time again. His carvings adorn buildings from west coast Canada to Chicago Illinois. Some carving projects to date include Saskatoon's King George Restoration project, specifically the hand carved entryways for which he was presented a heritage award from the City of Saskatoon, Chicago's Board of Trade building, several carvings for Quarra Stone Company out of Madison Wisconsin, the masonry and it's design on the Timber Pointe building on 3rd street behind Earls including it's hand carved signage at the entrance, the recently renovated McDougall Gauley building that now houses Una Pizza + wine, and several hand carved fireplaces for many residential customers as well as headstones, address markers and memorial pieces. With over 16 years of experience in the trade, Watson continues his dedication to the art by providing his commercial and residential clients inspiration and an end-product unlike any other. He's keeping history alive in Saskatoon by playing a key creative role in designing timeless stone facades on homes and buildings both inside and out. His extensive knowledge and artistic talent in old world craftsmanship offers his clients a unique Masonry Design each and every time. Watson and his business partner and wife Nicolene Watson take pride in offering their clients a superior customer experience, a fair price for quality workmanship while meeting deadlines. It is their mandate to work for their clients how they would want a company to work for them.
